They replace my pool motor that was going out. They did the best job also they even fixed up my old one that was not running that great and they made it run as good as it did before. I really like the service and I like the way they get back to you through text if they missed your call. Everything is automated and the company knows what they're doing. They installed this new Hayward multi-step motor and you can't even hear it run at all. All I hear is my waterfall.

Update to earlier review: After about 8 months of service, very happy I made the decision to go with Aloha. Service has been dependable, trustworthy and effective. Chris is professional, friendly, thorough and receptive to any requests or questions I have. Well done!I just recently started using Aloha Desert Pools to maintain and service my pool. Brad has been the technician, and is very polite, professional and is cautious when entering the yard in the event my pets are outside. The office/ownership has been very responsive to questions I've posed and very proactive with any relevant information, including charges for any necessary future equipment issues with my old equipment, which has been very helpful.

Just started using Aloha Desert Pools for our new home. The previous homeowners were using them and they came highly recommended. They charge a reasonable price monthly which covers weekly cleanings. They send us a recap via email including before and after photos and details on the ph levels, etc. Jon has done a great job thus far! Looking forward to continuing service with them.

The technician provides a detailed account via software program of work performed. Also, it provides proof that work was actually performed . Never had that assurance with previous pool services.

We recently had a problem with our filtration system and Lee sent a qualified tech who diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the system that same day! We contacted Lee after having some less than good service from a couple other pool services. Open my first conversation with them I knew I was going to be in better hands and was I right. His team has gone out of their way to make sure the diagnosed the issues we were having keeping our pool cleaned and corrected it right away. Two years and several companies prior and none of them fixed our pool until Aloha desert pools. Hands down amazing services.

According to my home security cameras, they show up every week. Not only that, but when I need help to replace the hose for the pool shark vacuum or fix the lights, I can text and it gets solved within the week. Punctual and great communication.

Good communication. Responds to messages. James was awesome at getting the pool emptied, acid washed, water leveler replaced and pool filter cleaned. Would use again. Think I would find my own tile guy, next time to remove calcium . It was expensive for a mild build up $315.00 for 20 minutes work, I had agreed to the price so not the pools company fault. Just a lesson learned.
