Very impressive customer service. I called on a Friday night after reading all of the good reviews online. A gentleman by the name of Brian called me back within 5 minutes. Brian spent 30 minutes on the phone with me listening to my pool problem and how he would be happy to help me. Brian then showed up the very next morning to take a look at my pool. I would highly recommend this Company. I run a business myself and I know how important customer service is. This company cares about what they are doing. Im very happy to have finally found a pool company that cares about what they are doing.

Wow. These guys are stellar, our technician Scott really went above and beyond every week. Anyone I had over would compliment the pool and say they wanted to jump in!This company is very communicative and timely. They have updates after every service and talk with you about any repairs in order to get you through it. Cheryl was great to work with as a coordinator and mediator between me and the techs when I didn’t see em.Great company, can’t recommend them enough! Thanks guys!
My pool always *sparkles* after my weekly cleaning by Caesar, they take time to discuss what is going on, send email summary right after leaving. Highly recommended!
I have been using Aloha for about 8 months and cannot speak highly enough of my service. My tech Scott will text me every time he is on his way so I can make sure my dogs are in, he is always on time and my pool is perfect when he leaves. I get a detailed email of the services he addressed and pictures of the completed work emailed to me shortly after he leaves. I’ve never gotten this much info in 20 years of being a pool owner and using multiple pool services. I always feel that there cannot be too much info when you have a monthly service company who comes to your home this often.I absolutely recommend Aloha!

They replace my pool motor that was going out. They did the best job also they even fixed up my old one that was not running that great and they made it run as good as it did before. I really like the service and I like the way they get back to you through text if they missed your call. Everything is automated and the company knows what they're doing. They installed this new Hayward multi-step motor and you can't even hear it run at all. All I hear is my waterfall.
Update to earlier review: After about 8 months of service, very happy I made the decision to go with Aloha. Service has been dependable, trustworthy and effective. Chris is professional, friendly, thorough and receptive to any requests or questions I have. Well done!I just recently started using Aloha Desert Pools to maintain and service my pool. Brad has been the technician, and is very polite, professional and is cautious when entering the yard in the event my pets are outside. The office/ownership has been very responsive to questions I've posed and very proactive with any relevant information, including charges for any necessary future equipment issues with my old equipment, which has been very helpful.
Just started using Aloha Desert Pools for our new home. The previous homeowners were using them and they came highly recommended. They charge a reasonable price monthly which covers weekly cleanings. They send us a recap via email including before and after photos and details on the ph levels, etc. Jon has done a great job thus far! Looking forward to continuing service with them.

I finally met an honest pool cleaner. Always here on the day they said they would be and always send me pics of what they've done. And if they see anything that needs to be done to replace the always text me to get approval. They are truly the best
The technician provides a detailed account via software program of work performed. Also, it provides proof that work was actually performed . Never had that assurance with previous pool services.
We have tried multiple pool companies and had the worst luck until we found Aloha !!! Definitely a must try!!! Kept our pool nice and clean! Actually brushes the sides and vacuums if needed. Professional!!!
