Recently my pool equipment stopped responding to my automation app. Andrew return to my home after hours to investigate and fix the problem. In the backyard with my dog who normally barks at people playing fetch with him as he was vacuuming out my pool! It looked so good, it’s never looked better. Jake took the time to show me how to use my pool light that I thought was broken. He explained to me why my sand filter needs to be backwashed weekly, how to turn on/ off my water feature, and programmed my pump to run on non peak SRP hours. I’ve also had good relations with another female technician in the past ( I don’t know her name) Jake is an awesome pool guy and I couldn’t recommend his outfit enough!!

We are new to the area and were looking for a quality pool company to service our pool, but also to do some major repairs. Aloha pools came out and gave us a bid for work and monthly service. The work was done quickly and carefully, the price quoted was on par with what another quote, and there was great communication throughout the process. I love that they provide before and after pictures with a report, at each weekly cleaning.
We were not present for the repairs, but communication was great through out that process. The tech, Jeff, came out once we arrived and spent a lot of time walking us through the equipment and how we should care for the pool, in between weekly cleanings.
The previous owner’s pool company had come out before being cancelled by the owner, and they suggested that the repairs done were not adequately, which lead us inquire with Aloha. Aloha was professional and detailed in satisfying our questions, and providing a lot of education. Josh and Jeff have been great to work with and we look forward to our continued working relationship.
